Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce Visits Global E-Payment to Discuss the Future of Cross-Border e-Commerce

On June 11, Chen Weijing, Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, led a delegation to visit Payful (formerly Global E-Payment) headquarters.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on key topics such as the development of cross-border e-commerce, the digital trade ecosystem, and government–enterprise collaboration.

During the visit, the Bureau also extended an official invitation for Payful to participate in the 2025 Hangzhou Global Digital Trade Expo to be held in September.

Lu Qi, Director of the Partner Office at Payful, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and accompanied them on a tour of the company’s exhibition area and offices.

He noted that Hangzhou has demonstrated strong innovation and openness in cross-border e-commerce and digital trade. Payful attaches great importance to collaboration with local governments in building the “go-global” ecosystem and looks forward to achieving more concrete results together in the future.

During the exchange, Ni Huajun, Head of Brand Department at Payful, presented the company’s latest progress in global collection networks, cross-border compliance services, and product innovation.

She pointed out that more Chinese brands and manufacturers are accelerating their global expansion. Through localized, compliant, and efficient payment solutions, Payful helps clients reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen their global competitiveness.

Deputy Director Chen Weijing highly recognized Payful’s achievements in supporting Chinese enterprises’ global expansion and advancing digital trade globalization.

She remarked that as a key hub for cross-border e-commerce and digital trade, Hangzhou has a solid industrial foundation and a well-established policy environment, and is accelerating its development as an international digital trade center.

She encouraged more fintech enterprises to participate actively in building an open and mutually beneficial digital-trade ecosystem.


The Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce has officially invited Payful to exhibit at the 2025 Hangzhou Global Digital Trade Expo.

As one of China’s most influential digital trade events, the Expo will bring together global e-commerce platforms, payment providers, technology service firms, and ecosystem partners to showcase the latest achievements in the digital economy.
